ADS Logistics, LLC announces the sale of its Integrated Solutions Division to iSG2 Technologies, Inc.

ADS Logistics, a provider of fully integrated supply chain management services to the metals industry, announced today the sale of its Integrated Solutions Division to iSG2 Technologies, Inc.  The Integrated Solutions Division provided technology solutions to the metals marketplace through LoMaS, a supply chain management integration software,    business analysis services, and Resale Program consultancy and software to control this vital element of purchasing strategy.

iSG2 Technologies, found on the web at www.iSG2TECH.com, was formed by key members of the former ADS Integrated Solutions Division team. In addition to the highly regarded LoMaS solution, iSG2 will also provide outsourcing services through the use of targeted software applications and industry expertise with a commitment to the industry to enable cost reductions.  Mr. Gordon Gustafson, who established the Integrated Solutions business unit while at ADS, is the President of  iSG2.  His leadership team includes Mr. Jorge Arroyave, formerly Assistant Vice President of IT at ADS Logistics, as well as Mr. Andy Britt and Mr. Dick Fredrick who were key project managers for the Integrated Solutions unit.  Mr. Gustafson said “We are very excited to begin this business venture and to bring greater focus on improving supply chain performance, as well as providing IS/IT outsourcing services primarily to metals and logistics companies.  Furthermore, we are delighted to continue our relationship with ADS as one of our key customers.”
